Dr. Phillip E. Williams, JR. is a board-certified neurosurgeon who has had experience performing neurological and spinal surgeries for over 40 years.  He is also a recognized expert on the treatment of Trigeminal Neuralgia. Upon retiring from surgery, Dr. Williams is currently available for medical legal reviews, peer reviews, pre-cert medical records, second opinions, consultations and conservative management for potential neurosurgical and spine problems with referrals to other neurosurgeons and/or orthopedic surgeons, if surgery is determined.

Dr. Williams has long been a leader in the Dallas area medical community.  He has served as the President of the Texas association of Neurological Surgeons and the Southern Neurosurgical Society.  Dr. Williams is a current member of the Dallas County Medical Society, the American College of Surgeons and is certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery.  He has been a board member of numerous organizations and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Salvation Army of Dallas, as well as a member of The Salesmanship Club of Dallas.  Dr. Williams has been published and has numerous professional speaking engagements to his credit.  An intern at Parkland Hospital the day John F. Kennedy was shot, Dr. Williams is sought after for his unique insight into the assassination of the President.
